I called about a washer repair. The owner helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and suggested a repair would be cost prohibitive and I would be better off buying a new one, when he could have easily come out and charged me for a service call.

Dishwasher was not draining. The technician called when he was on his way. He got here and was very nice and he got to the job right away and discovered there was a penny in the pump. He tested the dishwasher before he left and everything was like new again. The price was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use them again!

I was on desperate need of an appliance repair company- Advanced answered all my questions when I called, showed up on time, and then rather than just sell me a new part Mike dug a little deeper to find the real cause and then fixed that saving me a ton of $$$! Definitely who I will call next time I need a repair!
