My Kenmore oven wasn't heating at all. I called Sears and their customer service was terrible. I saw the excellent online reviews for Advanced Appliances Repair. I called at 10:15 this morning and spoke to Mike. He explained a few possible solutions to the problem. The service call was only $49.95 and applied to the total parts and labor cost. He was sending a service guy out between 11 and noon that day! Tim called me at 11:05 and said he would be there in 25 minutes. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My oven was fixed in 30 minutes or so. I will use this company for all my appliance repairs. Very respectable company. Thanks!
